The protection of your personal information is a top priority for me. As a provider of telemedia I am subject to the provisions of the German Telemedia Act (TMG) and the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG). By appropriate technical and organizational measures I try to ensure that the data protection regulations are respected not only by myself but also by co-operating companies.
What is personal information ?
Personal data means any information concerning the personal or material circumstances of an identified or identifiable natural person, § 3 BDSG. For example, your name, address, telephone number and under certain circumstances also your IP number.

You can use my website without disclosing your personal data. If you request information, I need your correct name and other personal information. This data information is entirely voluntary! If you don’t want to provide any personal information, you may do so, however I do not send any information to obviously incorrect contact data.
If on the servers of my provider data is stored, which could allow a personalization – for example IP addresses, date and time of pages viewed – I will not use these data. For the statistical analysis only anonymous records are used.
As far as I am obligated to do so by law or by court order, I have to transfer your data to the authorized authorities.
According to § 13 paragraph 3 TMG you have the right to withdraw. If you have given me personal information, you can withdraw from saving and request the delition of your data at any time. Accounting data or information for accounting or tax purposes are not affected by a deletion. For a revocation contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Minors should not submit any personal information without parental consent.
If you would like to order my newsletter, I need to confirm that you are the owner of the e-mail address and agree to receive the newsletter. This data is collected only for the purpose to send you the newsletter and to document my authorization in this regard. I use the services of the TÜV certified Berlin company Newsletter2Go (see https://www.newsletter2go.de/datenschutz-uebersicht/) to send the newsletters.
You can revoke the order of the newsletter and your consent to use your e-mail address at any time.
